Mike Hill, Sr. VP Business Development Manager
Mike recently joined our team and is responsible for our Business Development and Special Projects. He has 21 years experience managing multi-million dollar infrastructure improvement projects for the FDOT, HCAA and various municipalities. Projects including major bridges, weigh stations, taxiway improvements and design-build for automated people mover structures.

Dave Slawiak, Senior Estimator
Dave brings over 40 years of heavy civil construction experience to Pepper Contracting with over 25 years in the Tampa Bay market. He has intimate knowledge of the area and has long standing relationships with industry leaders, subcontractors, and vendors. He has successfully bid and delivered projects with most all local municipalities to include FDOT, Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Pasco County, City of Tampa, THCEA, Port of Tamp, HCAA, and others.

Sandra M. Lasseter, Corp. Secretary, Sr. Contract Administrator
In 2005 Sandra began working with Pepper as a Contract Administrator/Asst. Estimator. She has 21 years experience in heavy highway construction and public bidding. She oversees the solicitation of the subcontractors, suppliers, implementation of EEO/DBE requirements and compiles bid and contract documents to ensure compliance.

Jeff Sevigny, General Superintendent
Jeff began working with Pepper in 2005 and currently serves as our General Superintendent overseeing all project superintendents, crews and management of our fleet. He has over 25 years of construction experience, managing the resources required to complete major earthwork, pipe, heavy civil/site and minor bridge projects.
